How To Qualify For The OHP:
• Income between 100% and 400% Federal Poverty Level (FPL): To qualify in Oregon your household income must be between 100% and 400% FPL to qualify for a premium tax credit that can lower your insurance costs
• You might qualify for Medicaid coverage if your household income is below 138% of the federal poverty level.
• You can use all, some, or none of your premium tax credit in advance to lower your monthly premium.
How to determine your Premium Tax Credit Amount:
• Household size, zip code, and current year’s estimated household income.
• How to determine your income: What you need to determine is your Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI).
